This commercial success was achieved thanks to the third E-WIND® P100 ordered by Maanshan Huawang New Materials Technology in three years.

A.Celli is pleased to announce the achievement of an important commercial milestone: the sale of 100 paper rewinders in the Chinese market.

The 100^th machine, an E-WIND® P100 designed to process special decorative paper jumbo rolls with a maximum width of 3860 mm and diameter of 2800 mm at a speed of 2200 mpm, will be delivered to Maanshan Huawang’s plant in the Anhui province, China, where it will join the two A.Celli paper rewinders previously supplied in 2019 and 2021.

This is the result of A.Celli's commitment to the Chinese market, which begain in 2000 with the foundation of A.Celli Shanghai Machinery, and continued in the years to come with the opening of a new branch, the A.Celli Foshan Technology, in 2019.

A.Celli Paper has recently concluded an order for a latest-generation rewinder model E-WIND® with the Italian Group Sofidel, a world market leader in the production of tissue for hygienic and domestic use.

Sofidel, that has just celebrated 50 years of business activity, is present in Europe and the United States with 19 companies that each year produce more than one million tons of paper and employ over 5,500 people.

The new tissue rewinder model E-WIND®T200 commissioned to A.Celli Paper of Lucca will have a 5600-mm format and a working speed of 1600 mpm. The machine, highly evolved from the point of view of design and equipped with sophisticated technological innovations, will guarantee the Lucchese Group Sofidel the opportunity to work and handle structured webs. The rewinder is scheduled for delivery in May 2017, and will be installed in one of Sofidel’s facilities in Europe.

Just a few months from the order of the first tissue rewinder by Sofidel, this new order is yet a further confirmation that A.Celli Paper is a reliable, expert and professional partner capable of walking side by side with its customers, building important relationships.

A.Celli Paper, specialised supplier of high-technology turnkey tissue plants, has recently finalised an important rebuilding order with Essel Selüloz ve Kâğıt Sanayi Tic. A.ş., a Turkish company that already in 2005, for the inauguration of the first of its two facilities, recognised in the Lucca company a provider of excellence capable of fostering its growth.

Indeed, thanks to the A.Celli plant at the Caycuma production site, Essel Kagit produces almost thirty thousand tonnes of paper per year. And dozens and dozens of tonnes of optimal quality paper is each day converted into over 600 different types of tissue products designated for the Turkish market and not only.

The rebuilding on the tissue machine, aimed at improving formation and energy consumption on the line, entails the supply of a 12-foot steel Yankee and a new headbox. All this offers Essel the chance to plan its growth anew and to set new business goals for itself in terms of production quality and efficiency.

A.Celli Paper once again confirms itself a loyal supplier, a partner capable of building long-term business relations founded on respect, continuous growth and mutual sharing of goals in terms of technology and performance.

The Company was founded in 2005 in Zonguldak Çaycuma, the current location of the A.Celli Paper plant producing 70 tonnes of paper per day. The second plant was supplied in 2015 in Osmaniye. Essel produces many types of tissue products, roll and folded, exclusively in pure cellulose in different grammages. Quality of the raw material in order to manufacture optimal products at competitive prices capable of meeting market demands has always been a founding principle at Essel.

The joint-venture company between Corelex Corporation of Japan and New Toyo Pulppy of Vietnam recently started up a 2.8 m wide tissue machine from A Celli Paper, according to the Italian company.

The Mill has an output of 80 tons/day of tissue products. A Celli supplied the approach flow as well as the combining slitter rewinder AC861 with unwind stands and calender 581. The opening ceremony is due on 4 March 2010.

For Corelex Group, this tissue machine is the third from A.Celli Paper. The other two, including one of double width (5.6 m) are in operation in Japan.
