Manroland and WIFAG call off negotiations
Manroland AG and WIFAG have agreed to call off negotiations aimed at manroland AG acquiring WIFAG. It was not possible to harmonize the interests of both parties. However, manroland and WIFAG remain open for cooperation on a technical level.

WIFAG announced redundancies in October and, since November last year, has been seeking a suitable partner. With the planned sale to MANROLAND, the enterprise is responding to the increasing consolidation pressure in the industry.
